The United States Shooting Academy was formed in 2004 with the idea of building the best training facility in the nation.
In recent years our goal is to provide a friendly environment for people to learn, train, and have fun. We offer a variety of classes, family events, range services, and shooting bays. No matter your skill level, we strive to provide an area where you can train the way you want to perform, to get better every day, and to have an area where you fill safe to do so. Our dedicated staff will welcome you with a smile and will to provide you the best service possible.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
We are open to public year-round, except Mondays (No one wants to get up and work on a Monday, so we all stay home).
You do not have to reserve a bay, the bays are “first come first served.” When you arrive at USSA you will check-in to the main lobby with a driver’s license or valid form of identification. Based on the weapons you brought to shoot, we will assign a bay that best accommodates your specific needs. Below is a list of everything you will need to bring, however if you do not have or managed to forget some of the listed items we do sell, targets, rental staple guns, ear protection, eye protection, and ammo.
WHAT TO BRING:
– A valid form of ID
– Paper Targets (We sell $1.00 targets as well)
– Staple gun, clips, or tape to hang paper targets (We sell staple guns for $14.99 and rent them for $7.00)
– Eye and Ear Protection (We sell earmuffs, foam plugs, and safety glasses in house)
– Weapon and Ammo (We rent guns for $15.00 and sell some ammunition, to find a list of our rental guns click here: Services & Prices – US Shooting Academy)
– Outdoor clothes and shoes (All of the bays are outdoor)

Range Use Day Pass
Tuesday through Friday the Day Pass covers all day range, which is $25.00 (tax included) per one (1) person, kids under 13-years-old are $10. During Saturdays and Sundays, the Day Pass will cover for the first 2hrs on any private bay and unlimited usage of any shared location.
SPRINGTIME SHOOTING HOURS:
Mondays – CLOSED
Tuesday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Last Shots Fired at 6:45 p.m.)
Sundays Year Round: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Last Shots Fired at 5:45 p.m.)
Bays
We offer a variety of bays to accommodate both rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Most of the bays are paper only, target backers are provided. You are welcome to bring your own paper targets, but we sell them in house as well. We rent and sell staple-guns, but you are also welcome to bring your own tape, clips, and or a staple-gun. YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN STEEL PLATES. However, we offer some bays with prearranged steel that you are welcome to use. You are also welcome to bring your own spray paint (White Only).
Private (Premium)
– (6) 25yrd Handgun Bays – PAPER ONLY
– (3) Covered Handgun Bays – WITH STEEL AND PAPER
– (9) 50yd Rifle/Pistol Combination Bays – PAPER ONLY
Shared (Common Line)
– (1) Covered Bench Rest Bays (100 Yard) – PAPER ONLY
– (1) 300 Yard Range (100, 200, 300 Yard) – STEEL PLATES PROVIDED
– (1) Covered Handgun Bay for CC & New Shooters
Steel Bays
– (6) 35-yard PCC, Handgun, and .22lr (Steel Challenge)
The steel challenge has 30 different pieces if steel. Each lane has a different set-up and allows the shooter to move between bays so they can try different arrangements.
– (1) 100-yard rifle only (South Carbine)
The 100-yard rifle bay has a several plates ranging in size and its slightly more private than some of the other rifle bays.
-200-yard and 300-yard rifle only
The 200-yard and 300-yard rifle bay has 42 steel plates that range in size and shape.
– (1) Shotgun and Handgun Bay!!!! NEW BAY
This bay has over 20 steel plates that you can shoot your shotgun and handgun at. You can only use bird shot at the steel and ammunition will be checked by an RSO.

Firearm Sales and FFL Transfers
We sell firearms and we can order firearms for you – just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll quote a price for you.
