BASIC AR CLASS
This is a basic course that covers the following subjects:
Safe gun handling, How/why to select an AR Rifle, types of kit, Components & functions of AR parts such as
barrel twist rate, barrel material, metal treatments, gas impingement vs. gas piston
Ammunition & types of cartridge malfunctions and how to handle them, Basic fundaments of shooting, basic shooting positions
Cleaning, care & storage
Class is $150

Students need to bring the following:
1. AR Rifle
2. Sight Adustment tool
3. 3 Magazines and a simple pouch to carry them.
4. Eye & Ear Protection
5. Head protection
6. Lunch/ Snacks, will be working through lunch
7. Cleaning Kit
8. Factory Ammunition: at least 60 rounds
9. Dress for the weather, we shoot rain or shine
10. If you use a red dot or similar device, make sure you have spare batteries and a back up if the device fails.
